Eligible nominees are current Iowa State faculty (tenure track or term) who have mentored other faculty members, either formally or informally. Nominees should demonstrate a measurable impact on their mentees' success by serving as exemplary role models, providing educational and networking opportunities, and offering feedback on performance and advancement.
