Bradyn Weaver is awarded NSF Graduate Research Fellowship

Congratulations to Bradyn Weaver, who has been awarded the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship. This is a prestigious fellowship to support outstanding graduate students in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) who are/will be pursuing research-based master's and doctoral degrees in the U.S.

During his time at ISU, Bradyn pursued an undergraduate research project in Dr. Zaikina's group, which resulted in the co-authorship of a paper in JACS and sparked his interest in solid-state chemistry. He gained additional research experience by contributing to projects in the labs of Dr. Rossini and Winter. After graduating this spring, Bradyn will be joining the graduate program at Stony Brook University. All the best in what’s ahead, Bradyn — keep up the fantastic work!
