Dr. Aishwarya Mantravadi, a recent PhD graduate from Zaikina group, led a study that was recently published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society. This study unveiled a new two-dimensional material composed of vanadium (V) and antimony (Sb). This compound showcases a captivating structural pattern known as the "Kagome network" and holds vast potential for exploring quantum properties. The team utilized not one, not two, but three techniques to unveil the intricate structure of this compound.
