Chemistry Stores is the place where all campus personnel purchase chemicals, glassware, scientific apparatus and equipment. They stock lab coats, dry ice, and a variety of merchandise too numerous to mention. All campus departments order their gas cylinders, gas mixes, and high purity gases from Chemistry Stores.
A catalog is produced annually and may be picked up at the Chemistry Stores storeroom. Special orders are placed through the Chemistry Stores business office, and stock orders are purchased through the storeroom. A Chemistry Stores requisition form, with a University account number, is the correct way to purchase items. Standing Orders are used by a number of departments, and non-profit government agencies utilize Chemistry Stores.
