Emily Smith, assistant professor, received her Ph.D. from the
University of Wisconsin in 2003. She continued her research as a
postdoctoral fellow first at the University of Delaware under Prof.
Mary Wirth and then at the University of Arizona under Prof. Danny
Brower. She joins the faculty at Iowa State University in 2006.
