Traveling to Ames via Bus

Ames has a single bus depot. The bus dropoff point is about a mile from the Maple-Willow-Larch Dorms and Scheman Conference Building. There is a city bus stop only 1 1/2 blocks from the depot. Ames has a call-up taxi service available. Ames has a small number of rental car establishments.
