The following holds true if you are a REGISTERED participant or exhibitor at the 18th BCCE.

18th BCCE Shuttle Service Iowa State University
One-Way Ticket $25.00 (Non-refundable) Pre-Paid

Good for transportation of one person and a reasonable amount of luggage from the Des Moines International Airport (DSM) to designated 18th BCCE sites in Ames, Iowa or from designated 18th BCCE sites in Ames, Iowa to the Des Moines International Airport.

The ISU Conference Staff will track arriving flights. If your flight is delayed, we will know about it and eventually have a van at the airport to pick you up.
Shuttles service will start on Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at noon at the DSM airport. The last shuttle van will leave Ames, Iowa on Friday, July 23, 2004 at noon. The shuttle service will operate on a normal time schedule (not from 11:30 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.). The shuttle service will not transport just one person to or from the airport.

Shuttle service will pick-up passengers at the DSM Int’l Airport and at the designated 18th BCCE sites at regular intervals designed to transport the maximum number of people per vehicle. You may experience a delay in your shuttle transportation, depending when your flight arrives. You may need to leave Ames a few hours early, depending when the van departs. ISU Conference Services will issue you a departure schedule when you check-in.
