Connection of Personal Computers to the Iowa State University Network Conference attendees will NOT have internet access for their personal computers while on-campus through the Iowa State University Network. The wireless network at Iowa State University verifies staff or student status at the University in order to successfully connect to most network resources. The 18th BCCE will have a Mac computer and a Dell or HP computer connected to a multisync projector in each room in the Scheman Building being used for a symposium. We are using an electronic switching box that will switch the Mac and the PC computers to the multi-sync projector. Internet connections to these computers will be available. Symposium presenters are encouraged to use our on-line system to electronically transfer their presentation to us prior to the start of the conference. More information about this on-line system will be available soon. We will load your presentation on our conference computers. If you insist on connecting your computer to an ISU multi-sync projector, you are on your own. Workshop presenters who request computers, muti-syn projector and other audio-visual equipment will be contacted and told of the status of their request. Options
