The BCCE pocket guide (3.5" wide x 7" tall) contains the complete conference schedule in abridged form and is provided to all conference attendees. Full-page interior (3.5" x 7", $250), half-page interior (3.5" x 3.5", $150), and two inside cover spaces (cover 2 and cover 3, $500 each) are available.
